Fatima Yahaya holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin, Edo State and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. She has worked as a Research/Litigation Assistant, a Counsel in a core litigation firm and currently holds an Associate position in the firm, where she actively participates in the Regulatory Compliance and Transaction Advisory services to SMEs and Start-ups. She also handles the firm’s Regulatory filings and Registration briefs, and takes part in drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements.

Fatima believes strongly in garnering and honing relevant skills and as such has attended conferences and participated in trainings on Business Law, FinTech Laws, Islamic Finance etc. She has also completed the NDP Academy’s Certified Foundation Course on Data Protection and the Professional Certificate Training on Islamic Finance and Investment Instruments which is equally a foundation course.
